Refund policy
At Sipsational, we take pride in delivering premium alcohol-free mocktails with care and quality. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund terms below:
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra cost. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
